Include your name, the mobile number used with Khaubaaz and, where relevant, an order reference. Do not send passwords, OTPs, payment-card numbers or other sensitive credentials.

We may ask for reasonable information to verify that the request belongs to the relevant customer before deleting personal information.

Where permitted, we delete or irreversibly de-identify applicable Khaubaaz customer information, including contact information, delivery details and customer support/message records that we no longer need for a lawful purpose.

For WhatsApp-related communication, this can include the WhatsApp/phone contact information and message content held by Khaubaaz that is no longer required for a lawful purpose.

We may retain limited information where required for legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution or transaction-record obligations. When possible, retained information is minimized or de-identified.

If you used Google Sign-In, a verified deletion request can include the Khaubaaz customer authentication record associated with that Google account, subject to lawful retention requirements. This does not delete your Google account or information held directly by Google.

This process addresses information held by Khaubaaz. It does not delete your WhatsApp account, Meta account or data held directly by Meta or WhatsApp.
